Hose Barbs
For cap-assembly or container tri-clamp connections, Eagle Stainless offers 316L stainless hose barbs. Available in sizes from 1/8˝ on up, these tri-clamp compatible hose barbs connect firmly with gasket and heavy-duty clamp to 1/2˝ or 3/4˝ tri-clamp fittings. Constructed of 316L stainless steel with electropolished finish standard.

Hose Barb / Cap Assemblies
Eagle’s hose barb cap assemblies are machined from a solid-bar stock. What makes Eagle’s hose barb/cap assemblies superior is the absence of any weld. Because of the extreme heat of the welding process, the weld causes the endcap to lose its flatness. The distortion may sometimes put the ability to tightly seal the end cap into question. Our solution is to eliminate the weld completely.

Reducers
Concentric reducers are available in a variety of tri-clamp sizes. Constructed from 316L stainless steel, reducers allow for easy adaptability of existing tri-clamp connections to newer or changing ones

Mixing and Filling Mixer Mount
Shown is another example of Eagle Stainless’ precision welding capabilities. 3˝ TC fitting welded to the container lid stands at a 10° angle and has clamped onto it a pneumatic mixer. Welding the fitting at 10° allows optimal mixing.
