Sanitary Tri-Clamp Gasket

High purity pharmaceutical gaskets: Platinum-cured silicone sanitary tri-clamp gaskets are available in sizes
ranging from 0.5˝ to 12˝. Pass: USP Class VI and cyotoxicity testing; Meet: FDA 21 CFR, 177.2600 and 3-A standards. Our gaskets are certified to be animal-derived ingredient free. Replacement and additional gaskets available.

Extreme Temperature Gasket

Energized Teflon® gaskets for cryogenic applications such as storage at -70ºC. Modified virgin PTFE (Teflon®) is FDA compliant, and offers higher deformation and extrusion resistance than standard PTFE. Energized by dual 316 stainless steel spring coils, the gaskets maintain a seal from 500ºF to -350ºF under very static or very slow dynamic conditions. Eagle can fabricate custom flanges to accommodate the Energized Teflon® gaskets on a wide range of its products.
